Alright...so Downtown Tokyo wasn't the safest place in the world...especially for a half-blood. It wasn't the safest place for anybody really. It was perfectly safe, however for a half-blood such as Kalliel. None of the demons, or half-breeds there could best the weapon's master in a fight...even if they had their own ability to counter his. Honestly..even with their little powers whether it was wind, water, or earth...none of them were as taxing on the body as those of weapons.
As the male strolled through the alleyways of Downtown Kyoto, twirling expertly a rod which he always carried with him along with the two swords he had hidden beneath a dark cloak he wore. There were times where the pureblooded humans which inhabited Tokyo attempted to take his weapons away..and nobody other than his own Master laid a hand on his weapons unless they wished to lose their hand. So instead of being attacked for assault on the precious purebloods, he hid the weapons...all but his rod. Nobody stopped him for a weapon which wasn't considered deadly...oh but it was a deadly weapon indeed.
Suddenly a sixth sense, acute to danger, caught the slightest shuffling of feet against the ground and the sounds of weapons being unsheathed. Allowing a scoff to escape his lips, he flipped back the hood on his cloak, smirking. So they thought to rob the male? Good luck with that. Twirling the rod, he lashed out with it at a traitor demon with a couple halfbloods in his presence. "Idiots." he laughed good-naturedly pleased to hear the steel-tipped wooden weapon make contact with flesh. Taking the rod within both hands, he closed his eyes in annoyance before removing one hand and swinging it in the air, tripping one of the halfbloods that was moving towards him with daggers out.

It seemed to be peaceful, for most of the day. Though bowing her head down, she listened to the words spoken to her, by her grandparents. Though she was still in the search for her mother, the young half wasn’t scared to do what she was told. Once and a while, she’d run around and so things for her grandparents, as a thanks for letting her live with them still. She was a half, and though as a baby she was nearly thrown away, she wasn’t. Because of them and her mother’s begging, she was able to live a life, for many years it was peaceful, but now that it was easily seen she was a half-blood –better to say half-cat demon- but was not treated with the same kindess from others, as she did when she was younger.
Relaxing as she sat outside of a bar, the female didn’t enjoy being in Download Tokyo. She wanted to be in her big house, which was warm, and she’d be clean and safe, but this world was dangerous, and not every place was safe these days. Haruka yawned, her sharp teeth showed, before shaking her head. She was wearing a dark brown coat, she covered all of her body, and with the hood being a little bit too big, you wouldn’t see her face from the sides.
Time was up. Slipping away to get onto the roofs, she looked around, trying to find something fun or entertaining. It seemed like she wasn’t having much luck, as she sighed gently before jumping two roofs away, before blinking, hearing something. Sniffing, she smelt something burnt, which made her feel rather sick with the smell, but half’s fall into her scent, before a pureblood demon, which left her eyes wide open.
Glaring, she jumped a few roofs away again, before stopping, looking down into an alleyway and she had a small growl come from her chest, before kneeling down. Seeing the fire, set the feline off, as she slipped her hand in her coat, before jumping down. Her feet gently landed onto the ground, she rest her eyes closed before feeling her coat fall down onto her back, and she glared at the demon. Hopefully with her speed, the air would put out those on fire. Haruka stood up, before she seemed to be gone, basically invisible but she quickly moved to the purebloods side, and placed her dagged next to her neck ”Fine a peaceful to stop this” a hiss came from her, her hood kept her face hidden, as her golden hues stared basically at the ground.

If the three who thought they were going to rob him thought it was going to be easy, then they were sadly mistaken. He wasn't a Servant to a pureblooded demon for nothing....well...he was handsome...so maybe that could have been a reason..plus the other female found his company to be amusing...either way he still was skilled in combat. And he didn't need any extra special abilities like Kusi's fire...though he liked it when she set things on fire.
The male was a blur of dark hair and bright eyes as Kalliel hit lift at left at the two demons, while speaking idly to the female demon he now sensed behind him. "Hiya, Kusi." The air behind him was suddenly heated up as he knew the female was setting the remaining one on fire. Turning around, the male lifted one amused eyebrow. "Having fun there?" he asked, suddenly whacking his staff behind him, hitting one of the others upon the top of the head with the rod.
Kalliel picked up the slightly movement of the air around them, not from the fire but somebody jumping down at a quick speed. "Hmm...Kusi darling, we have company." the male drawled idly, flirting with the girl to some extent. Golden eyes suddenly narrowed at the feline. "Hey..we did not start this." he said smoothly. "They did. Though thought to rob me...but it was a mistake they will regret." a feral snarl rose from his lips at the site of the weapon. Leaning upon the rod, the male lifted an eyebrow. "I wouldn't do that if I were you..."

she said coolly. She wouldn't have decided to work with Kalliel if he wasn't powerful. She was too, of course, though her knowledge of defense against a more physical prowess was rather limited...or against water. Company? The lady raised an eyebrow, but stiffened almost imperceptibly at the dagger against her throat. "Indeed," she said, voice dry. "Peaceful? I see." If the demon felt any fear, it was not given by any action or her voice, at least in the usual ways. She remained perfectly calm. "Really, I am surprised you seem to think that peace works in such a...seedy area, child." She was a bit demeaning, but that was the only outward expression of annoyance. Or fear. Kusi rarely showed emotion in expected ways. The half-blood she had lit alight fizzled out. He was definitely gone, as his sounds of distress had ended. She cast a dark eye upon his features, burned past recognition by her fire in a few short moments. "Of course," she continued, "You certainly seem to misunderstand the definition of peace. The dagger-at-the-throat is more the action of a storybook villain than one to wish for peace." She turned her eyes to Kalliel, amused. "I will be fine, my dear." Normally she was not one for such words as dear, but she did tend to reciprocate his flirting. In fact, she rather enjoyed it. The only one of the original attackers not down, the pureblood demon, took the opportunity to run the way he had come.[/ul]
